The Operations Supervisor is responsible for regional oversight and supervision of operations analyst teams while facilitating the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and metrics for US government Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Principal Accountabilities

Supervise and train assigned regional operations staff in identifying customer requirements and overseeing development of appropriate work processes to meet customer needs
Collect, analyze, review, and approve subordinate reports, verifying content and compliance to fulfill US government CDRLs
Maintain appropriate records of research methods and results of data collection
Conduct site visits and communicate with leadership, customer representatives, and operations teams regarding changes, recommendations, concerns, and guidance on emerging operational issues impacting CDRL criteria and related projects
Act as point-of-contact between customer and company in absence of Operations Manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of US military operations and contracting support in contingency environment
Ability to directly and indirectly supervise, lead, and manage multiple teams and employees
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Strong organizational skills and ability to research data, analyze events and metrics, and write reports
Experience & Education
Minimum six (6) years of experience in operations, logistics, quality, or related field with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role
Bachelor’s Degree in operations, logistics, quality control, or associated discipline; may substitute two (2) additional years of experience in related field for each year of college
Prefer military logistical operations experience overseas
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
